Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling end to end recruitment through various streams like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Etc.
• Work closely with the Strategic BU Heads to understand their Manpower Needs.
• Expertise in hiring US IT Recruiters / Delivery Managers / Business Development Managers / Account Managers to support the contingent workforce programs for the organization.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
